Our workmanship warranty, what it covers, and how we quote.

Workmanship warranty

We provide a 12 month workmanship warranty from the date of completion, covering workmanship only. If our preparation or application is at fault within that period, we come back and put it right at no cost to you.

The warranty covers the labour and the application. Paint products themselves are covered by the manufacturer's own product warranty, which we will help you claim if a coating fails.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Substrate failure, including movement, rot, rust or breakdown of the surface underneath the paint
  • Moisture ingress, including rising damp, leaks, failed waterproofing and condensation
  • Structural movement, including settlement cracking and cracking at joins
  • Damage outside our control, including storm damage, impact damage, vandalism, and work carried out by others after we finish

Normal wear and fading over time is not a defect. Where a problem is caused by one of the items above rather than by our workmanship, we are happy to quote the repair as separate work.

Contact Trent directly at trent@rollingstrokes.com.au or call 0425 116 817. Send a photo of the area if you can. We will arrange a time to look at it, and if it is a workmanship fault we will fix it.

Quotes

Quotes are free, written and carry no obligation. Same-day quotes on unit repaints and standard interiors. Larger exterior and strata work quoted within 48 hours.

Every quote sets out the scope of the work, the preparation included and the products to be used. We do not publish prices, because the cost depends on the condition of the surfaces, the access and the scope. If the scope changes once we start, we will tell you before we do the extra work, not after.
